Till now we have seen one empire in the top rank - THE BANK. It now seems like the bank have been robbed. And a new one have taken over.
From rumors and other gossip but still trustful informants the VT have found out that North were the mind behind.
In a short comment the "thief" said this:
The Bank has crashed. I got them! I got 2 Trilions for embezzlements.
And when we draw near the "bank manager" he said in a comment:
We are on the look out for the thief, but we suspect him for already devided the stolen cash.
